Batteries, chargers, and power supplies are covered by a 3-month warranty. However, they are not covered if the fault is due to power surges caused by load shedding, electrical overloads, faulty wiring, or lightning strikes.
Please note that any free accessories included with your purchase (e.g., keyboard, mouse, flash drives) are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for replacement.
It is your responsibility to verify the contents of your order upon receipt. Complaints regarding missing items or other discrepancies will not be addressed after 7 days, except in cases of warranty claims.
